KB Article: 332 Topic: Job card changes
Categories: Marine Planned Maintenance
Question:

When a Job is rescheduled I want to be able to record the reason why. How can I do that?

Solution:

Purchase the enhancement upgrade called Reschedule Reason which allows you to do this.

Should a user re-schedule any PM Job, this feature forces the user to add a reason “why” the job is to be re-scheduled. If a reason is not inserted (system checks a minimum number of characters have been entered), the user would be unable to complete PM Job re-schedule. This entered reason is then automatically captured into PM Job History for future audit reference.
