Superyacht "Lady A" installs Marine Software

U.K. based Marine Software Ltd have recently supplied the Superyacht "Lady A" with the Marine Purchasing (MPSWin) package.

This comes after successful implementation of the Marine Planned Maintenance (MPMWin) package, where Marine Software originally constructed the planned maintenance database to incorporate main machinery and ancillary equipment.

Lady A's Ship Manager has installed the office package, combined with Marine Software’s Cloud based data replication services, allowing them to monitor planned maintenance activities, control spending budgets and provide purchase order authorisations.

Originally built in 1986 by Sterling Yachts in Japan, the 55 meter vessel now sports a light grey hull after undergoing a major 10-month refit by her British owner, Lord Sugar.

The Crew recently undertook a training course at Marine Software offices, which was found to be well run and at a pace that all crew could benefit from.”
