Categories: Marine Purchasing System
Question:

Why does my purchase order print with logo and text superimporsed? POs used to print clearly

Solution:

From what is described it looks like the printer (or print preview) is set to Landscape. POs should always be printed in Portrait.

In the MPS/OPS please check the printer setting.

MPS:   (Or when in Vessel in OPS)     File -> Setup Printer

OPS:   File -> Printer Settings

Default printer will appear - click OK

Then...

If Landcape is selected then choose Portrait instead and click OK

Also check the windows default printer settings as MPS/OPS can pick them up too.
